Power Distribution Service, Inc. began operations in the 1993 under the direction of our founder Mr. Larry Eubanks. The foundation of our company would realize the unimpeded practice in diverse electrical testing interests for Mr. Eubanks, and offer our clients experience with a wide range of electrical applications. From his beginning interest in electrical applications at the renowned Georgia Institute of Technology, Power Distribution Service, Inc. will seek to be the leader in independent testing services in the South Eastern regional area of the US. In concert with our humble beginnings as a south eastern regional service company would be the establishment our nationally trade marked Heat-Seeker™ Thermal Surveys would soon become the standard of performance in our area.

At the heart of our company are the working influences of our founder and company participants. After completing his time at GT, he would join Cramer Electronics where Mr. Eubanks began to hone his knowledge of industrial electronics along with developing skills in sales and customer service. It was not long until he sought the opportunity to participate in his first start up operation, in industrial testing and preventive maintenance, with the world renowned General Electric Company. With the opening and development of the Doraville apparatus shop, he and a select few team members would participate in the development of key testing equipment and practices for GE’s customer base. Key components included power generation equipment, power distribution equipment and power protective equipment. A key component for these services would be the introduction of non contact Infrared Testing technology, a technology that would become the industry standard for in-service testing of electrical components and circuits. The practices and equipment developed during his seventeen years with General Electric continue to be the standard in the industry. The time spent in the industry after General Electric until the foundation of Power Distribution Service, Inc. would be key years in two smaller operations for electrical contractor companies in Jacksonville Florida and again in Atlanta Georgia. These years would offer experiences with many preventive maintenance developments and standards along with his participation in NETA (The International Electrical Testing Association) as well other key organizations that govern our testing guidelines today.

Power Distribution Service, Inc. , is blessed with over thirteen years business development and practices. Our company is a multi functioning organization operating with its own set of key talents. Our combined 120 plus years experience in personnel along with our heritage of excellence, culminate in a mission centered on being the industry standard for years to come.
